Platform Management

The Offsight Certified Platform Management certificate assesses expertise in managing users, permissions, workflows, and factory-wide configurations. It is designed for factory leads, IT administrators, and operational managers responsible for maintaining and scaling Offsight across teams and projects.

Requirements

• Active employment with an Offsight client factory
• Responsible for managing user roles and permissions
• Leads configurations of platform settings including factory layouts, work areas, and workflows

Validity period: 2 years
Recertification: An additional proctored training session with an Offsight Implementation Manager is required to maintain your certification status. Offsight Certifications are valid for two years from the issue date.

Factory Operations & Project Management

The Offsight Certified Factory Operations & Project Management certificate assesses an individual’s ability to use Offsight to digitally track production, manage digital quality inspections and generate quality and KPI reports.

Requirements

• Active employment with an Offsight client factory
• 25 hours spent using Offsight’s Project Management Software
• Two proctored training sessions with an Offsight Implementation Manager

Materials & Inventory Management

The Offsight Certified Materials & Inventory Management certificate assesses an individual’s ability to use Offsight’s Software to digitally track materials and inventory from receiving to delivery and generate material consumption reports.

Requirements

• Active employment with an Offsight client factory
• 15 hours spent using Offsight’s Materials and Inventory Module
• Two proctored training sessions with an Offsight Implementation Manager

Labor Management

The Offsight Certified Labor Management & Productivity certificate assesses an individual’s ability to use Offsight to digitally track labor hours attributed to each project/product and generate reports for labor costing and to improve productivity.

Requirements

• Active employment with an Offsight client factory
• 15 hours spent using Offsight’s LaborTracking and Timesheets Module
• Two proctored training sessions with an Offsight Implementation Manager
